ICAV (Intercountry Adoptee Voices) is the largest international network led by and for intercountry adoptees, founded by Australian adoptee Lynelle Long. It produces research, advocacy documents and Perspective Papers based entirely on adoptee lived experience, engages with UN human rights bodies, and connects adoptees across more than 50 countries. For any internationally adopted person, ICAV is a first port of call for community, for institutional advocacy, and for evidence-based documentation of the adoptee experience.
