Adoptees United is a US-based adoptee-led advocacy organisation working to reform adoption law and practice in the United States. It campaigns for adoptee access to original birth certificates, DNA testing rights, citizenship protections for internationally adopted people without documentation, and the elimination of harmful adoption practices. For internationally adopted people in the US facing legal or bureaucratic obstacles, Adoptees United provides a direct advocacy channel.
